A Safe Space for Growth, Healing, and Empowerment

Hi, I’m Ayo - welcome!

Life can be a lot sometimes, can’t it? Some days it might feel like you’re carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, and it’s hard to know where to put it all down. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or just craving a sense of balance, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Therapy is a space to let that weight down - your space to breathe, reflect, and take the first steps toward the life you truly deserve.

I’m Ayo Oluwatudimu, and I’m here to help. I’m a compassion-focused therapist, but more importantly, I’m someone who’ll meet you exactly where you are - with warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment. Together, we’ll explore what feels heavy, uncover what you need, and find practical tools to help you move forward with confidence and clarity.

You deserve to feel seen, supported, and empowered - and you absolutely don’t have to do it alone.

Areas of Support Include

For the First Daughters Who Feel Like They’re Carrying It All

While I work with clients from all walks of life, I have a particular passion for supporting first daughters - those who have always been the responsible, dependable ones, carrying the weight of expectations at home, work, and in their communities. These roles can feel overwhelming and isolating, leaving little space for your own needs and identity.

As a first daughter myself, I understand the unique challenges this role can bring. I provide a compassionate and understanding space where you can explore what it means to prioritise yourself, set boundaries, and reclaim your identity outside of the responsibilities you’ve carried for so long.

Therapy in this area can help you:

  • Set boundaries and manage feelings of guilt

  • Reconnect with your true self beyond the role of "the strong one"

  • Unlearn patterns of overwork and self-sacrifice

  • Build confidence in embracing your own needs and desires

You’re allowed to take up space in your own life - and I’m here to help you do it.
